When the matter came up for further hearing, Mr. M.R.Sabu, learned Government Pleader submitted that out of 26 vacancies, 25 of them are filled up, except the Office of the President of Consumer Forum, Alappuzha, which according to him, will be filled up within one month.

Placing on record the above, suo motu proceedings initiated in W.P. (C) No.36892 of 2018 and W.P(C). No.651 of 2019 are disposed of.
