The petitioner approached this Court on account of delay involved in effecting transfer of registry pursuant to Ext.P1 sale deed.
of the patta issued in favour of the petitioner's predecessor-in-interest.
Property comprised in Survey No.912 Part of KDH Village.
In the light of above, the enquiry initiated shall be concluded
within a period four months. Depending on the outcome of such enquiry, the request of the petitioner shall be considered for acceptance of the basic tax.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
