JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following

prayers:

“(i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 2^nd respondent to disburse the bill on the basis of the work carried out by the petitioner as per Ext.P2 agreement and endorsed in M-book within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

(ii) Alternatively direct the 2^nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court and further direct the 2^nd respondent to disburse the amount due to the petitioner on the basis of the work carried out by the petitioner and endorsed in the M- book kept with the respondents.”

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had preferred Ext.P4 representation before the 2^nd respondent.

take up, consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation within a

period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall be put on notice and heard before the orders are passed.
