JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking directions to the respondents to forward Ext.P3 application preferred by the petitioner for the post of President, Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum to the Selection Committee. It is submitted that the petitioner has submitted applications for the post of President, Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum in respect of five Districts and that the applications have not been forwarded to the Selection Committee.

There will, accordingly, be a direction to the 2nd respondent to forward the application preferred by the petitioner to the appropriate Selection Committees in accordance with law. The application shall be considered while the selection for the post of President, Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum is being considered by the Selection Committee.
This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
