(I) issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction calling for the records leading to Ext.P3 notice and P9 permit, to the extent restricting the floor area of the building to 116.59 sq.meters instead of 278.709 sq.meters (3000 sq.ft), she intend to construct, and quash the same. (II) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 application filed by her, in Form 9 under Rule12 (13) of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Rules, which was taken on file as No.KL00336 6069 2019 20M dated 19.6.2019, forthwith and within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (III) Declare that the petitioner is entitled for a residential building permit having 3000 sq.ft, in view of the position that the property, wherein she is proposing to construct, will not come within the purview of both the parent and amended Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2008. (IV) grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of this case including the cost of this Writ petition (civil).”
