JUDGMENT
The prayers in the above Writ Petition (Civil) are as follows:-
“i. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 3rd respondent to forthwith issue a copy of the report submitted by the LSGD whereby it was found that there is variation in the construction effected as per he permit dated 6.10.2005;
ii. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 3rd respondent to forthwith number the building constructed by the petitioner in the property comprised in Sy. No.782/1 of the Chendamangalam Village, Paravur Taluk.”
would submit on the basis of instructions that the above Writ Petition (Civil) may be closed as not pressed.
Recording the above said submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the above Writ Petition (Civil) will stand dismissed as not pressed.
