The petitioners claim that they approached the revenue authority to effect transfer of registry as per Exts.P8 to P11 applications. However,

this was not acted upon. Accordingly, the petitioners approached this Court.

Learned Government Pleader points out that the applications

appear to have been filed in the year 2001 and no follow up action was taken till now.

¶33

In such circumstances, the petitioners are given liberty to apply afresh for transfer of registry based on Exts.P8 to P11. If such application is filed, it shall be taken into logical conclusion within a period of two months, after notice to the petitioners.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
