JUDGMENT
The petitioner is operating a regular stage carriage service along the Angamaly-Manjaly using stage carriage No. KL-05/V-3702 with timings which was fixed on 02.11.2010. Due to the surrender of a service and other factors, the petitioner was impelled to seek a modification to the time schedule. He contends that he has submitted Ext.P2 request before the respondent seeking revision of timings. His grievance is that no action has been taken by the respondent on his request. He has, in the said circumstances, approached this Court seeking a direction to consider Exhibit P2 application for revision of timings in an expeditious manner.
