J U D G M E N T
The grievance of the petitioner is that application
for renewal of Gun licence submitted as early as on 04.04.2017 is not so far processed and renewal is not granted. It is stated that petitioner was having licence for the period upto 18.04.2017. It is the case of the petitioner that even after Ext.P3 reminder dated 11.07.2019 which the 3rd respondent has received, there is no action on his application for renewal.
Therefore the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the renewal application submitted by the petitioner which is referred to in Ext.P3 reminder within a period of 'three months' from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment, in accordance with law.
