Abdurahiman T.K Vs the Secretary

The petitioner has preferred Ext.P2 request before the respondent for revision of timings pertaining to the vehicle that he is operating. The limited prayer is for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 request expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondent.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the Bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 request for revision of timing within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner and others likely to be affected by any orders to be passed by the respondent. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of the judgment before the respondent for further action.
