JUDGMENT
Dated this the 11th day of June 2020
The petitioner's grievance is with regard to Ext.P5 order issued by the Divisional Forest Officer, Thenmala,
in his capacity as Chief Executive Development Agency. By the impugned order, the election conducted to the Palaruvi Vana Samrakshana Samithi was interfered with. The disputed election was on 25.11.2012 and the fresh election on 22.09.2013 and the period of that elected committee would have expired.
In such circumstances, nothing survives for consideration, and accordingly the writ petition is closed, reserving the right of the petitioner to agitate his grievance, if any subsisting.
