JUDGMENT
The petitioner states that they are a firm registered on 23.12.2019. A hotel run by a person by name Jayan was purchased by the partners of the firm on 19.12.2019. They state that the hotel was earlier having an FL-3 licence which had expired. Later, they have submitted an application for issuance of FL-3 licence under Rule 13(3) of the Foreign Liquor Rules. Their prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 application within a time frame.
