The petitioner Association has approached this Court inter alia seeking the following reliefs:

“i. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order commanding the 2^nd respondent to consider Exhibit P5 representation submitted by the petitioner before commending the allotment in the 50% quota earmarked as Government Quota to the education institutions in which petitioner is representing;

ii. Declare that members of the petitioner-Association have the right to fix the fee to be levied from the students to be admitted in the B. Ed Colleges managed by the members of the petitioner-Association without any fixation of fee by respondents 1 and 2.”

Learned Government Pleader submits that as per the judgment dated 29.9.2020 in W.P.(C).No.19545/2020, the Government has not taken any decision so far in the said matter.

Since the factual aspects in relation to this writ petition and that in W.P.(C).No.19545/2020 are exactly same, it is only appropriate to direct the petitioner-Association to take up the matter before the Government. Though Ext.P5 representation has already been filed before the 2^nd respondent, it has not been considered. The

respondents are directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5, after hearing the petitioner, during the hearing of the representations submitted by the petitioners in W.P.(C).No.19545/2020, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
