This writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P2 decision of the Panchayat to close down the fish vending conducted at Ward No.12 of Chittattukkara Grama Panchayat. This was taking note of the spread of Epidemic Covid 19.
that Ext.P2 has been withdrawn. The said submission is recorded.
In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of.
