This writ petition was filed aggrieved by the decision of 1st
respondent – Panchayat, rejecting the application for building permit. The reason for rejection was that the land is shown as 'nilam' in the village records as well as in the title deed of the petitioner.
In the light of above, I find no merits in this writ petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
