This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers:
“(a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ order or direction, directing the 2nd Respondent to restore the possession of property comprised in Re-Survey No 175/2 (Old Survey No 295/1) of Puthuperiyaram No 1 Village in Palakkad Taluk in Palakkad District to the petitioner as per Ext P-1 order forthwith.
(b) Issue a writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ order or direction, directing the Respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext P-2 within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.”
This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
