The writ petition was filed challenging establishment of public market without effluent treatment plant. This was established within Kondotty Municipality. The Pollution Control Board appears to have not issued consent initially. Pending the writ petition, the Pollution Control Board issued the consent.
In the light of the above, nothing further survives in this writ petition. Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the Pollution Control Board consent has been issued and the writ petition is disposed.
