JUDGMENT
The petitioner states that he is the owner in title and possession of property having an extent of 8.09 Ares comprised in Block No.16, in ReSy.No.550, Re-Sy. Sub Division 8/1 old Survey No.804 of Earath Village, Adoor Taluk, Pathanamthitta. When the 3rd respondent refused to accept property tax from the petitioner after mutating the same, he preferred Ext.P3 complaint before the 2nd respondent. His limited prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 within a time frame.
