The petitioner claims, the title over the property having extent of 15 cents in R.S.No.519/2 of Cheruthazham Village, Kannur Taluk, Kannur District based on Ext.P1 sale certificate dated 06.07.2000 issued by the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies (General), Kannur.

The petitioner is an auction purchaser pursuant to an auction sale conducted by the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Kannur. The details of the property has been clearly set out in the sale certificate. The petitioner approached the Tahasildar, Kannur for measuring the property based on the delivery effected. The delivery was effected through the Sub Court, Payyannur in E.P.No.9/2002 pursuant to sale certificate.

In the light of the above, necessary steps shall be taken by the 1^st respondent-Tahasildar, Kannur to measure and

demarcate the property covered by Ext.P1 sale certificate after

issuing notice to the 2^nd respondent within a period of two

months. Necessary sketch also shall be issued to the petitioner.
