JUDGMENT
The petitioners, who retired while working as Executive Officers in temples under the Malabar Devaswom Board, seek implementation of Ext.P2 order with effect from the date of their retirement, by submitting Ext.P4 representation before Government. Therefore the writ petition is disposed of
directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation, after affording an opportunity of hearing to petitioners, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
