JUDGMENT

The petitioner has preferred Exts.P3 and P4 objections to the 2^nd respondent's application for revision of timing before the 1^st respondent. The limited prayer is for a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider the aforesaid objections also while considering the application preferred by the 2^nd respondent for revision of the latter's timing.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the 1^st respondent.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the Bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider Exts.P3 and P4 objections preferred by the petitioner, to the application preferred by the 2^nd respondent for revision of timing, after hearing the petitioner and the 2^nd respondent, at the next timing conference where the application for the 2^nd respondent will be considered. The petitioner shall serve a copy of Exts.P3 and P4 objections to the 2^nd respondent and also produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of the judgment before the 1^st respondent for further action.
