JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is the absolute owner in possession of 0.0243 Hectares of land comprised in Re-sy.No.274/2 of Parappur Village in Malappuram District, seeks expeditious disposal of suo motu proceedings initiated by the first respondent.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the suo motu proceedings has been numbered as SM No.250/2020 and is pending consideration.

Considering the limited relief sought, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first
respondent to expedite the proceedings in SM.No.250/2020 and to finalise the same at the
