Instant appeal is filed against the interim order dated 28.10.2020 in W.P.(C) No.23911 of 2018.
Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri. S. Sudheesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, submitted that the order impugned in this appeal has been suo motu withdrawn by
the writ court and hence, the present writ appeal has become infructuous.
