It is clarified that the petitioner-plaintiff shall be entitled to prosecute the indigent application if any, moved before the trial court pursuant to the amendment. I clarify that the same shall be considered and ordered on its merits.
It is submitted that an application for amendment of the valuation portion is also pending before the trial court. I have no reason to assume that the same will not be considered by the court and appropriate orders passed.
