JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed seeking the
following reliefs:
i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction directing the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P1 application and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible at any rate within a time frame to be prescribed by this court in the interest of justice, and
ii) Issue such other and further reliefs as this court deems fit to be granted in the nature of the pleadings in the writ petition.
Learned Government Pleader on
instructions submits that the application (Ext.P1) has been rejected by the second
respondent after due consideration of the same. In view thereof, the writ petition is
