the petitioners that after the impugned order
was passed on 23.10.2020, the Kerala Administrative Tribunal had on 27.10.2020 in O.A.No.1589/2020, directed the 2nd respondentDirector of Medical Education to provisionally report seven more vacancies of Assistant Professors in Prosthodontics to the PSC
forthwith and before the close of office hours
on 28.10.2020. It was made clear that the
reporting of the vacancies were provisional and
the PSC need not issue advice against the same until further orders from the Tribunal.
