The writ petition had been filed by a candidate who intends to apply for MBBS course under the NRI quota. Apparently the time for submission of on-line applications were over by 29.02.2020. The petitioner could not apply for the same during the relevant time. Hence, the petitioner seeks for a direction to grant time to apply for the aforesaid course under the NRI quota.

counsel for the petitioner is only for the purpose of submission of the documents and it does not in any way help the petitioner to get an extension of time.
We do not find any reason to issue any direction as sought for and, hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
