The original petition is filed challenging an interim order dated 22.10.2020 in O.A.(EKM) No.774/2020 of the Kerala Administrative Tribunal. The challenge is with reference to the denial of interest for the amount of DCRG to be disbursed. Apparently, the matter is pending before the Tribunal in which event it shall be open for the petitioner to seek any further orders including the claim for interest before the Tribunal. Hence, the original petition is dismissed.
