Dated this the 04th day of December, 2020
Being a Crl.M.C of the year 2018, pertaining to a crime of 2008, a report was called for from the jurisdictional Court. It is reported that the accused Nos. 1 and 3 faced trial in C.C.No.81 of 2010 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Kasaragod and were acquitted under Section 248 (1) of Cr.P.C. That, the case against accused Nos.2, 4 and 5 has been split up and re-filed as C.C.No.490 of 2019. Since the prayer in this Crl.M.C is to quash further proceedings in C.C.No.81 of 2010, nothing survives for consideration herein and
accordingly, the Crl.M.C is closed.
