Being a Crl.M.C of the year 2013, pertaining
to a crime of 2012, a report was called for from the jurisdictional Court. It is reported that the pending this Crl.M.C, Crl.M.C No.6313 of 2013 was filed before this Court challenging the Final Report in Crime No.529 of 2012 of Parappanangadi Police Station. By order dated 02.07.2018, the proceedings against the petitioner was quashed. Based on that order, the trial court released the petitioner from prosecution as per its order dated 03.08.2018. This is recorded and the Crl.M.C is closed.
