Dated this the 11th day of March 2020
The learned Public Prosecutor, under instructions, submits that final report in Crime No.7/2017 of Pampa Police Station was submitted before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Ranni. But, that was returned for production of original of an agreement pertaining to the dispute between the petitioner and the Devaswom Board. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not going to dispute the validity of the agreement and the contents therein, and that even a copy produced by the Devaswom Board would suffice. Under the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and submit final report, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Criminal MC is disposed of as above.
