The Sub Inspector of Police, Valapattanam Police Station, who is the 1st respondent herein, has filed a statement to the effect that on the basis of Ext.P3 complaint filed by the petitioner, Crime No.110/2020 of Valapattanam Police Station has been registered on 20.02.2020 and that the investigation is going on. The statement is recorded. Considering the fact that crime has already been registered and investigation is continuing, the 1st respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and to file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate. The 2nd respondent is also directed to supervise the investigation made by the 1st respondent. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
