J U D G M E NT
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Contempt Case with liberty to approach this Court again, since a learned Division Bench of this Court has partly allowed an appeal against the judgment in question at the instance of one of the respondents.
This request is granted and consequently, this Contempt Case is dismissed as having been not pressed; however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again, if it is so warranted in future.
