JUDGMENT
The above Contempt of Court case No.751/2010 (arising out of the judgment dated 18.1.2019 in W.P.(C.) No.1625/2019) has been filed alleging non-compliance of the directions issued by this Court as per the judgment dated 18.1.2019 in W.P.(C.) No.1625/2019. When the case had come up for consideration on 12.6.2020, this Court has passed the order on that day recording the submissions of the learned senior Government Pleader, which reads as follows :
“Sri.Saigi Jacob Palatty, learned senior Government Pleader seeks short time to get instructions and would submit that necessary instructoins will be given to the respondents officers concerned, to ensure that orders are passed in compliance with the directions in the judgment without any further delay and that the case may be adjourned by three weeks.”
