merits of the controversy in any manner, this Court would only call up on the above said parties including the 2nd respondent and her husband to take all reasonable endeavours to iron out them differences as the very case of the 2nd respondent in the impugned criminal proceedings is that, she and her husband have no differences of opinion, and that her husband had always shown lovable attitude to her. This Court would request the learned counsel appearing for both sides to impress upon the parties to take sincere measures for mediation process. The 2nd respondent may seriously consider the above said submission made on behalf of the petitioners as well as the husband of R2 that the said spouses and the child may live in an independent house for the time being etc. Accordingly, it is ordered that the disputes in between the parties arising out of from the impugned criminal proceedings will stand referred to the District Mediation Centre Thrissur. It is pointed out that the 2nd petitioner is now in Australia, the 1st petitioner and the 2nd respondent shall personally appear before the co-ordinator of the District Mediation Centre, Thrissur on 12.10.2020 on Monday at 10.30 a.m., before the Co-0rdinator District Mediation Centre Thrissur, upon which the parties may be referred to mediator on the same day, and the Mediator may
