Dated this the 13th day of October 2020
This contempt case is filed complaining that the directives contained in Annexure A1 judgment is not complied with.
Today when the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader submitted an order dated 5.10.2010, from where, I am satisfied that the directives in the judgment is complied with. Therefore, I do not find any reason to pursue this contempt case any further. The contempt case is closed accordingly, leaving open the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same if aggrieved and advised so.
