JUDGMENT
When this matter was called today, the
learned Senior Government Pleader submitted that the hearing, as directed by this Court, has been scheduled on 22.01.2020 and that orders will be
issued not later than 31.01.2020. He has also
placed on record the apologies on behalf of his client for the delay caused, adding that this is only on account of certain unavoidable
administrative reasons.
In the afore circumstances, recording the submissions of the learned Senior Government Pleader as afore, I close this COC; however, with liberty being reserved to the petitioners to seek a rehearing of the matter after 01.02.2020, if it becomes so necessary.
