JUDGMENT
Sri.K.Sasikumar, learned counsel for the
petitioner, submits that pending this COC, the
respondent has paid the entire retiral benefits.
Sri.Gilbert George Correya, learned
Standing Counsel for the respondent, submits that the delay in paying the retiral benefits was only because the Bank was attempting to prosecute the arbitration case and submits that his client did not do so deliberately. He places on record the unqualified apology on behalf of his client for the inconvenience caused to this Court.
Taking note of the afore circumstances, I close this COC without any further orders.
