The petitioner has filed this contempt case alleging willful disobedience of the directions contained in Annexure 1 interim order dated 14.07.2020 in W.P.(C)No.26108 of 2018, whereby this Court restrained the respondent herein/6th respondent in the writ petition, from running her wood based industrial unit, namely, Anu Wood Works, near the petitioner's residence, pending consideration of the application for renewal of Annexure R4(a) licence. The Divisional Forest Officer, the 4th respondent in the writ petition, was directed to consider the application made by the 6th respondent for renewal of Annexure R4(a) licence, based on the report of the Forest Range Officer, Erumely.
