JUDGMENT
Petitioner, owner of an extent of 18.50 Ares and
2.28 Ares of property situate in Sy.Nos.7/5A and 7/5 respectively within the limits of the Vatakara Municipality has secured Ext.P4 order from the Revenue Divisional Officer permitting the petitioner to utilise the property for other purposes other than paddy cultivation and agricultural operations. Thereupon, petitioner has submitted Ext.P6 application under section 27C of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy land and Wetland Act, 2008 seeking additional entries and re-assessment of the tax in accordance with Land Tax Act, 1961 and seeks direction for consideration of Ext.P6.
