JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari to quash Exts.P1 to P3 and a writ of mandamus commanding respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 complaint made by the petitioner, within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.
