JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed this contempt case alleging non compliance of the direction contained in Annexure-1 judgment dated 16.11.2018 in WP(C) No.35313 of 2018, whereby the respondent has been directed to consider settlement of timings in respect of the petitioner's stage carriage bearing registration No.KL58/B/3121 in accordance with the decision of Regional Transport Authority by taking into account of the order issued by the State Transport Authority, which was produced as Ext.P4, by convening a timing conference, with notice to the petitioner and other en-route operators, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of six weeks from a date of production of certified copy of the judgment.

get instructions as to whether the timing has already been settled in the timing conference already held on 17.01.2019. Thereafter, on 28.02.2019, the learned Senior Government Pleader submitted that on 17.01.2019, the timing conference could not be convened and that, instructions on the next date of timing conference shall be obtained from the respondent.
Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this contempt case is closed.
