JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner
seeking the following reliefs:-
i) Call for the records leading to Ext.P5 and P6 and may be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari quashing the same.
ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 3rd respondents to provide the copies of all the documents executed by the petitioner and also to recalculate the dues applying permissible rate of interest and thus enable the petitioner to liquidates the dues in installment basis, in the interest of justice.
2. Today when the matter is taken up, learned
counsel for the petitioners submitted that this writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
