seeking survey, measurement and demarcation of the boundaries of the respective properties in accordance with the provisions of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act and the Rules framed thereunder. It is stated that the said applications were forwarded by the 1st respondent-Tahsildar to the 3rd respondent-Village Officer, who has now submitted Ext.P-7 report dated 24.01.2019. Exts.P-8 & P-9 are the location sketches of the properties concerned, etc. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that the 1st respondent-Tahsildar may take further steps to ensure that the subject properties of the two petitioners herein as made out in Exts.P-5 & P-6 applications are got surveyed and measured through the 2nd respondent-Taluk Surveyor, with due prior notice to the petitioners and any other neighbouring property owners. The 2nd respondent-Taluk Surveyor will conduct survey and measurement on the basis of the title deeds, survey records and any other relevant piece of materials and will give a copy of this report on the survey, measurement and demarcation of the boundaries of the petitioners’ property, along with the survey sketch. Copy of the said report of the Surveyor, along with the copy of the survey sketch will also be given to the petitioners in advance and thereafter, the petitioners may submit their written submissions in the matter to the 1st respondent-Tahsildar, who will afford a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the petitioners and will pass orders on
