the ownership of the building constructed by the petitioner in the said landed property. Ext.P9 is the legal heirship certificate showing that the petitioner is the legal heir of the deceased Raman Kutty Menon. Earlier the petitioner was notified that some proceedings are pending before R5 Taluk Land Board, Ottapalam and thereupon the petitioner had submitted Ext.P10 representation dated 25.1.2016 before the said Board stating the details of the previous proceedings like Ext.P5 proceedings of R5 Taluk Land Board, Ext.P8 purchase certificate issued by the Land Tribunal etc., and that the petitioner is now having ownership and title of the subject property etc. Now it is revealed that R5 Taluk Land Board had initiated some proceedings against various properties including that of the petitioner and it is endorsed in complaint No.18 of Ext.P11 dated 29.12.2015 that the petitioner has not submitted any documents etc., and that therefore, the objection as against the petitioner's property has not been considered. According to the petitioner, the above said factual observation made in Ext.P11 under complaint No.18 that the petitioner had not submitted any documents etc and had not submitted his versions is incorrect and on coming to know about Ext.p11, the petitioner had submitted Ext.P10 representation dated
