Petitioner, owner of an extent of 2.70 ares of property situate in Survey Nos. 357/2-3 and 357/3-3

of Nedumbassery Village, has submitted an application seeking building permit, which was declined as per Ext.P3 order, assigning the reason that the property in question is a paddy field. According to the petitioner, the property is not included in the data bank and therefore petitioner has submitted Ext.P5 application under Section 27A of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy land and Wet land Act 2008, for regularisation and permission for utilization of the property for other purposes other

than paddy cultivation and agricultural operations,

seeks direction for early disposal of the same.

petitioner and the learned senior Government Pleader, there will be a direction to the 2^nd

WP(C).No. 4000 of 2019 3 respondent to finalise Ext.P5 application at the earliest possible and at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Petitioner is directed to produce copy of the writ petition along with documents before the
