These writ petitions were filed in the year 2009, seeking

the issue of writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to make selection and appointment to all existing vacancies of Lower Division Typists, on the basis of the total marks scored in written test and skill test, by the 53 candidates who appeared in the skill test held on 30.10.2009.

¶50

No interim direction had been issued in the writ petitions. I am of the opinion that the grievance of the petitioners cannot be considered at this point of time. Hence, the writ petitions are closed as infructuous, reserving the liberty of the petitioners to raise their grievances, if any, before the appropriate authorities.
