disclosed in this writ petition, it is ordered in the interest of justice that the 1st respondent District Collector will take up the request made by the petitioner in Ext.P1 revision petition and will ensure that the survey, measurement and demarcation of the subject property are got effected by the 2nd respondent Taluk Surveyor concerned with due prior notice to the petitioner and any other affected neighbouring property owners and such survey should be conducted on the basis of the title deeds, prior title deeds, old survey records and resurvey records and any other relevant piece of material in order to ascertain as to whether the resurvey process is vitiated by any such errors as alleged by the petitioner. The Surveyor will submit his report showing the outcome of the said survey and measurement process along with a survey sketch. Copy of the report of the Surveyor along with survey sketch should be given to the petitioner in advance. Thereafter, the petitioner will submit his written submissions in the matter before the 1st respondent District Collector, who, thereafter, will afford reasonable opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and then will render a considered decision so as to finalise the request made by the petitioner.
