JUDGMENT
Petitioner was a Contractor engaged by respondents to carryout certain works. According to the petitioner, the work was completed, however, when the final bill was raised, the same is being protracted. It was thereupon, petitioner has submitted Ext.P7 representation before the 2nd respondent and seeks direction for consideration of the same.
