JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is stated to be the owner of 5.44 Ares of property comprised in Survey No.167/1-B2 of Pinarayi Village covered by Sale Deed No.2046 of 1989 of Sub Registrar office, Katirur, has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 2nd respondent to issue ownership certificate to the petitioner on the basis of Ext.P6 application.
Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
